Status Update:

Sean has a good understanding of the need to ensure that his experience and understanding of the problem transfer from the customer segment he worked with in the past to the customer segment in this new endeavor. As a result, Sean set up his first FLEX to focus on a Validate stage risk, specifically validating that small businesses with government contracts feel that their data is not as secure as it could be. He is ahead of the curve and already has a list of potential customers that he can use to generate customer interviews and does not appear to need help with this specific flex.
