Status Update:

NFC prepared and sent out a customer satisfaction survey to current customers instead of doing customer discovery this past week. We discussed the value of non-leading questions in a qualitative, open-ended format and got agreement to redo last week's Flex with that strategy. We also brainstormed several questions they could ask to get the conversation going and collect the kinds of learnings they are seeking. They are good to go for this coming week!
