Status Update:

Sarah and Andra have great traction but understand the importance of nailing early adopters to sustain controlled growth as well as focusing efforts on what type of businesses are most helpful to target during these pandemic months. S&A were able to work through some initial descriptions of the solution to ultimately get to a solid problem statement and ultimate created their first hypothesis: "When we interview 5 studio owners open during pandemic with live classes, at least 3 amount of owners will state the problem of not having the right teacher to cover the class."

S&A were assigned the "customer discovery" videos to ensure they're able to confirm the problem from the customer's perspective without leading them to it and also the "finding your early adopter" video to think more about what sort of huntable behaviors their early adopters might be exhibiting.
