Status Update:

Sean completed a very detailed GTM with 10x rev goals for each milestone and a great lofty business model change for milestone 3. We talked about the riskiest assumptions between milestone 1 and 2 and decided that the most important thing to test would be the expansion of customer segments. As such, Sean is going to run a validation flex similar to the very first one he ran but for local businesses in the Telecommunications industry as compared to the government contract industry.

Sean continues to excel in both the understanding of FLEX concepts and the execution of the FLEX program.
