Jack was able to speak with 5 of his target customer and get 4 of them to sign up for his waitlist (goal was 2)! We took a moment to celebrate and I assigned Jack the go to market videos and the GTM strategy document. We walked through the main parts of the videos and the document itself and spoke about the areas that might require the most brainpower (pricing, customer segments, etc.). Jack's homework for the week is to complete the GTM document after watching the videos.
Jack has a good mind for pricing and is excited about being able to rely on vision instead of data inputs for this next exercise!
