Jack spoke to 4 ranchers in his early adopter segment and got all for to sign a non-monetary PO. The next step for Jack is to get someone to pay him some $ now (deposit or otherwise) by offering discounts or other creative methods.
Jack has a lot of really great momentum. We went over pitch tactics (showed him the challenger sale methodology), sales process engineering, and did a quick review of his pitch deck. His biggest constraint will be the time it takes to develop his technology but he's determine to continue the momentum in the interim.
