Jack was about to call 3 ranchers and got 2 more pre-order signups. He did not request $ at this time as he's thinking the product wouldn't be ready until next May at the earliest. Despite the lack of monetary exchange, Jack continues to find lots of enthusiasm for his product and a willingness to sign the pre-order documents. Jack is now focused on his pitch competition and finishing out his last few weeks of College before he starts to work on this full time.
Jack really understands the concepts and the value of the FLEX program and we talked about how short, small learning sprints can be used on other parts of his business as he ramps up production. We also talked about reviewing the GTM on a regular basis to stay focused on his vision. If Jack can execute on the product side of his business, it looks like he'll have a bright future.
