Dustyn made excellent progress on his FLEX from last week! I was impressed that he switched tactics – from sending cold email to cold calling producers – when the first method wasn't producing results. He ended up signing his first producer for the truck he's trying to fill. Figuring out how many producers are needed to make one truck 'share' work is still the goal. His current FLEX continues with that challenge, testing various methods of reaching producers and watching to see if his current methods of targeting producers will be effective.
