Status Update:

Matthew is still working through the validation process. His FLEX plans are sound, however; he’s been having difficulty getting in contact with brewery owners. Today we went through a scaling exercise that allowed him to further segment his customers and determine which segment was the most likely to want his product. We also decided to target operational managers instead of brewery owners — hoping that they’ll be more accessible. He's got a great plan but will need help with brewery introductions if your organization has any.
