Dustyn's doing great with setting up and following through on his FLEXes. He's testing various strategies for outreach (cold calls, emails, snail mail). This week he'll be shifting his strategy, reaching out to buyers served by the truck on his platform to see if they might share supplier contacts (and potentially get warm intros), which he estimates would be more likely to sign-on than others. Then he'll have a more curated list for contacting suppliers going forward.
He seems to be all set with a clear, actionable plan and we're excited to see what he learns this week with this new approach.
