Andra & Sarah contacted 13 large studios but were unable to get in touch with any of the owners (their stated customer segment). We talked about different ways to get directly to owners (FB groups, network, reaching out to different types of studios that are less hierarchical, etc.) and A&S feel confident and motivated to try some new ways to get to the right people. As the problem is just getting to the right people (and not that the right people aren't stating what they'd like), A&S will re-run the last validation FLEX with the goal of getting to a higher "n".
A&S might benefit from expertise on reaching the right customer segment or from Launch LNK introductions to their customer segment, if possible.
