Jess & Jina interviewed 6 more leaders at progressive companies and are still hearing disparate information on their top problems. While training remains a large topic, none of the companies were focused on cross-training employees which was the focus of the FLEX. I encouraged Jess & Jina to review their notes and document in a systematic way to ensure they're able to synthesize and discover trends in which potential customers are verbalizing which problem (in addition to tracking what "customer" and "problem" they've been testing each week. J&J are going to spend some time creating that document and using it to create their next validate FLEX.
J&J are still swimming in the many different directions they could go with their validate testing. Any resources that would help them organize their thoughts would be helpful.
