Status Update:

Jack created a good GTM document using # of units as his key metric with 1k units in milestone one and 10x'ing for the next two milestones. We talked through geographic location of customer segments, roles for maintenance, marketing channels, product requirements, and a few other topics to refine the GTM and I reminded him that this document is a living compass that he can update/return to when he's feeling lost as to what to do next.

Jack is now ready to test the pre-selling of the product and has a pre-sale document and potential customers ready to go. Jack is engaged with the FLEX process, has clearly watched the assigned videos, and is excited for the next step!
