Natalie was able to have 2 of 3 meetings this week and signed up a new customer! The 3rd meeting was pushed to next week so this test flex still stands (2 of 3 will purchase). In the interim we talked about strategies to sell to new customers and engage existing ones.
Natalie is still hyper-focused on two issues: 1) how do I get more tasks out of my existing customers; and 2) how do I make this a profitable business? We talked about ensuring product/market fit (validate) and ability to sell (test) before worrying about those but they still occupy a large part of her mind. We also talked about a few different concepts including drip-marketing, re-engagement campaigns, customer intelligence, least effort to max reward, and more. Natalie could use help with focus/prioritization & marketing/sales strategies.
