Natalie's last sales meeting is later today so we still don't have a high enough N to measure her test flex (so far she's sold 1 of 2 meetings with the goal of selling 2 of 3). As last week is the next week, we spent some time going through the GTM which is designed to get founders to think about what their business could/should look like at predetermined milestones. Natalie has a lot going on in her business and in her life so I think the GTM worksheet could be really helpful for her in organizing her thoughts and having a clearer vision of her business.
Natalie could benefit from other exercises/worksheets that help her organize her thoughts/vision. She really needs to start putting things down on paper and building some momentum so she doesn't get lost in the "what ifs".
